You might not even realize it, but how many negative thoughts do you have a day? How many times do you put yourself down? Slowly you are imprinting these negative feelings, these unhelpful thinking habits and creating them into your reality.
It is said that it takes up to three weeks to create a new habit. And mantras are one of the most powerful and inspiring everyday rituals you can engage in for yourself. TRY IT!
Slowly but surely, you can rewire your thought process, your mind’s thinking “DNA”.
Try to be aware: every negative thought can be replaced with a positive one. Even if it so minuscule, you can find a positive part in every situation. When you start to stretch this muscle, you will train yourself and rewire your own thought process DNA. I do these mantras all day in my head, when ever I feel in need. Even when I am driving,in the shower, cooking or doing the dishes. Whenever I find real quiet time, I like to chant.
Whenever you need assistance, to believe in yourself and your own strengths, you can count of your Mantras. Feel it, believe it, see it with your heart, simply be it.
Feel it when you say it. Feel it so deep in your heart, you feel the warmth expand in your body like the morning sunrise brightening the sky, getting stronger and warmer as it drips throughout your body, like golden lava perfectly coating your heart and soul. and repeat.

“Om”- this is more of a chant but I use it in both senses.
“possibilities are endless for me”
“I am confident”
“I am strong”
” I deserve love, health, wealth and happiness all at the same times”
Seems so simple right? Now you can customize it to whatever you want. Just speak as it is already happening. Use "I AM"as in it is already reality. Stay consistent, feel it when you say it, believe it when you say it. Then thank your higher self for taking the time to dedicate yourself to changing these good habits. Be proud of yourself. Nothing comes easy, slowly but surely you will work your way there if you dedicate and devote yourself.
Chanting is great when you really want to feel it. I like to do these when I am fully focused, at home or in a space to fully let go and feel the vibrations of these chants.
