Embracing the indoor plant, some of them do more work then you would expect. There are known indoor plants that actually help clean your air, NASA has actually approved at least six with beneficial properties to our indoor atmosphere. Did you know how polluted your indoor home air could be? Filled with toxins that we are not even aware of, like;

TCE- used in paints, varnishes, liqueurs and adhesives. Extremely toxic to our livers.

Benzene- plastics, rubbers, paints,dyes and detergents

Formaldehyde- Paper towels, waxed papers, grocery bags, facial tissues, paper products and pressed woods.

The listed plants are cleaning your air. They absorb carbon dioxide and they produce oxygen. Maintaining healthy humidity levels with natural water vapors that fill the air, avoiding issues like the common cold. Producing negative ions, remove or reduce the amount of allergens and mold spores. Now, for emotional support, the natural removal of negative ions produces the same “ZEN” feeling you get when you are at a waterfall or beach. Producing feelings of calmness and contentment, tranquility, the list goes on and on of why you should invest in some good “air purifying” plants. Not to mention that they are simply beautiful.
