GET YOUR DAILY DOSE OF EARTHING

Do you remember the last time you walked barefoot on the beach or on the grass? imagine when you first take your shoes off after a long day. How good and reliving does it feel?


You might not think about it but your shoes are disconnecting you from the earth. "Ungrounding" you, if you will. We are disconnected all day as we wear our shoes and then continue into the night while sleeping on our elevated beds.


We would all benefit if we were able to stay "grounded" throughout the day. It's hard with the busy chaotic world we live in. So this here is a reminder, to go out and get your daily dose of grounding.


Connecting with mother earth's natural energy is vital, and it's quite simple. By walking barefoot on the grass dirt, rock or sand. This simple action is an empowering connection that is truly grounding. Earth has a natural energy and by walking barefoot we can help demolish fatigue chronic pain and other elements that interfere with so many people's lives today.

They say by grounding yourself you’re allowing the body to cope and repair promoting well being, vitality and better sleep. It also harmonizes and stabilizes the bodies basic biological rhythms.

Earthing is the most powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-aging remedy known today.With today’s rapid fast-paced lifestyle many of us have become separated from the basic bond with Mother Earth. Our connection with nature is vital. We all know that sun gives us warmth from light and vitamin D. The Earth provides us with fresh air water and food.

Did you know when you being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical well-being, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. It also contibutes to your bodies microbiome. The most time you spend in an outside atmosphere, the more stregth your giving your bodies MicroBiome. Not feeling so great? Not sleeping well? Looking drained, tired of fighting from an autoimmune disease? Go outside and get your good vitamin G- (grounding).


Now, obviously we all would love to spend most of our time outside in the nature. That would be ideal, to consistently be outside barefoot, but that’s not a practical achievement in today’s world. Most of us have jobs, sitting behind a desk, preventing us from being able to earth when needed.

Solution: you can wear a grounding shoe. Leather sole shoes such as Moccasins are a comfy and easy go to!

or

Just simply walk around outside for 30 minutes while barefoot- see if you can tell a difference.

Moral of the story, get outside more.Swim in the lake, go to the ocean, garden with bare hands, lie down on the earth, read a book under the tree.  Be one with earth by just simply walking barefoot. Soak in the beauty and let it take effect.
